The Signature Career Compass package offers 6 strategic phone sessions over a 3 month period. The Career Compass Package is designed for those individuals who are ready to make serious changes in their career and life. It includes 6 phone coaching sessions along with weekly Career Compass exploration questions delivered by email. Each week, you will explore one facet of the change process. In the Signature Career Compass package, you will also complete the MBTI assessment and receive an MBTI career report.

The Signature Career Compass Package includes 6 strategic phone sessions designed to help you explore your dreams, clarify your vision and begin moving forward toward your new goals and career. Each phone session lasts about 50 minutes. All coaching is customized toward your individual career goals and coaching needs. We will identify roadblocks, discuss your work history and goals, and create action steps for you to take. Each week, you will receive an email from me with a question to think about, write about and explore. We will discuss these questions and much more in our phone call.
The Signature Career Compass Package also includes the MBTI Career Report.
